The Traffic Counter Workbook is a Microsoft Excel workbook that lets you manually enter the daily start count, daily end count, daily number of transactions and daily revenue value. Pre-set formulas then calculate the:
– Daily Count
– Cumulative Total to Date for the Month
– Conversion Ratio Revenue per Visitor
– Monthly Total Count
– Day of the Week Totals
– Averages for Traffic, Conversions and Revenues for the Month
You can also enter a monthly multiplier to adjust the calculated counts. You can simply divide by two (since the counter combines IN and OUT counts. Or you can compare the people “count” against a manual “count” and calculate an adjustment multiplier to improve the accuracy of your counting system.
