The TotalCounter Video People Counter is installed overhead and will count people walking through a designated area with high precision and accuracy (typically 95% and above). With its Power-over-Ethernet and user-friendly interface, the counter is easy to install and simple to use. People counting data and charts can be viewed though the built-in web interface.
The TotalCounter Video people counter installs on the ceiling over the entrance and is connected to your PC network using a standard Ethernet cable. This DUAL LENS video counter provides accurate IN and OUT counts even when people enter or exit side by side – and even when they enter in groups. Counting accuracy is typically 97% or better. Because this is a sophisticated DUAL LENS unit, the counter works very well even when there is a lot of reflected light in the counting environment. Plus the reports package is very sophisticated.

The pricing for a typical sliding door entrance is $999 plus shipping and this includes the 3D Stereo Video Sensor and Remote Technical Support to configure and commission the sensors. The Annual Data Hosting Service Fee is $240 per sensor per year.
A Power-over-Ethernet (PoE) connection between the counter on the ceiling and your PC network is required. If a PoE connection is not available, you will need to purchase our optional Power-over-Ethernet adapter for $50 per sensor.
Hourly, Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly count data, including charts and graphs, is viewed view a cloud-based software package. This data requires a yearly subscription of $240 per sensor.. Count data can be downloaded as Microsoft Word and Excel documents.

Sensor preconfiguration service is included in the price. Please provide entrance width, floor to ceiling height, entrance name, and entrance type (double door swinging out, double sliding door, single door entrance swinging out, etc.). A single photo showing the entrance from floor to ceiling will be helpful.
